Think someone has sent my mate a huge e-mail and he is only on dial up

his outlook just recieves for ages and get nowhere anyway to zap this big e-mail ??

if his ISP provides webmail he can log in with his username and password and delete from there.

If no webmail, but he knows who the someone is, he can set up a rule in OE to either delete it from the server or not download it.
