I really do wonder why I bother!

A mail was sent to the users saying

"TO ENABLE YOUR PC TO UPGRADE THE NEW VIRUS UPDATE - PLEASE REBOOT YOUR PC IMMEDIATELY"

We got 2 replies

"To whom it may concern.
I am unsure how to reboot my PC"

And the second person did not like the structure of the mail!

We had this one last week, I was pissing my self laughing. This honestly is a serious E-mail that a user sent to us.

sounds to me like he was just a lazy f*ker who couldnt be arsed changing the toner. We get em at my place all the time, they think its below em. Winds me up no end !!

I recently installed 3 new Solaris servers and the administrator was having problems getting the console keyboards working. Turns out he had connected two of the servers together with a USB keyboard cable insted of connecting a server to a keyboard. Doh !

I had a mate in Australia send me a copy of a ticket he got for help from a Laptop user. "I Took laptop to the beach where it got sand in it. I then washed it in the shower. Now it doesnt work, can you help me".... And these people are free to roam the streets....

what would scooby do

A guy in our office called up saying his printer was printing in condensed print all the time.

Turns out he had trapped the printer cable under the leg of his desk.
