Hard drive was originally split into 2 partitions
C and D drive

Used windisk to delete D partition and split it into 2 halfs
formatted to FAT (cos wanted to use for ghost image)

reboot now says NTLDR is missing.

Any hope of recovery ?

Help gratefully received !!

Thumbs up

I did this a few weeks back, iirc you can drop a copy of ntldr and boot.ini into the root.

It IS fixable.

If booting from the NT4 CD, ask it repair an install. Damned if I can remember which option you want beyond that though...
