Why dont some Internet Sites Load Properly

I have visted a couple of sites before with no problem, but now only the top 1/4 of the site seems to load. Whatever I do, I cant get the rest of the page to load.
Any ideas ?
Ive deleted all cookies, set security low. Two sites I want to look at due to used car prices www.parkers.co.uk and www.vauxhall.co.uk
