Online version of MSN Messenger

Hi,
trying to get MSN messenger to work from behind a company firewall (I think) but it doesn't seem to work. I've even tried using Trillian (www.trillian.cc) but no joy !
Anmy ideas ? Or is there an online version of MSN messenger I can use via the web similar to the one for ICQ ?
