Spell checker on Outlook Express screwed

Dunno what I've done, but whenever I ran the spell checker in Outlook Express, it tried to install "PictureIT" I've messed around a bit and know it opens a Windows Installer window, but does nothing.
Any ideas how I configure my spellchecker in OE?

After seeing the latest thread on Spyware, most of my recent troubles have started after deleting too much from the list provided by Spybot. Seem to have lost my DVD drive too (it there, but doesn't recognise a disk if its loaded)
