Don't think you can get them ?

You may be better off with either a USB ADSL modem or go wireless from a wireless router on your PC.

I've never seen one of these advertised either.

I'd go with USB too - fairly cheap these days.

USB ADSL modem should be good enuf coz it doesn't need external power anyway.

good points about USB...nice one. i want to keep the cables to a minimum. a small USB plug that transmits to a ADSL modem sounds good to me but of course it will need mains.

USB ADSL modem dont need any external power. it will get it's power from the host USB port itself.

suba, yeah your right but if its just a wireless USB plug/transmitter the device would need power from the mains as there is no physical link. not strictly USB i suppose, just using the USB for the socket.
