Can anyone help? My PC (Windows XP Prof) has set up the Binatone usb adsl 500 modem no worries (although cert failed) but can't get connected. Set up dials 0,38 (correct access number). Bloody frustrating!

After you've had you broadband installed, It can take up to 24 hours for your account to become activated by BT. Better give them a ring for more information

as it took GIO 2 weeks to get me the modem the line had been activiated for days prior to me try to set it up! muppet technical helpline they have too!
