What should I offer for this CPU/Mobo/RAM combo?

Howdy,
A friend at work is offering some bits that I thought would be useful as a cheap upgrade on my second PC which is currently running @300Mhz
Does anyone know would be a decent price I should offer for the following;
* Abit KT7 Raid mobo
* Athlon XP1600+ and 'upgraded fan'
* 2 sticks of 256Mb DDR2100 RAM
He's just upgraded to some beast of a system so this is going spare.
Whachya reckon?
Thanks
Joolz

I'd say £50 to £60 tops
KT7 board is old type and I thought these took sdram so make sure the memory is the right stuff for the board
Also, XP chips are very cheap now and I think the 1600+ is probably difficult to find new.
One other thing, if your current PC is only 300mhz then you will probably need a new psu, 300 watt ATX 2.03 required for XP chips. And check the board will fit in your case with no problems, and the location of the psu isn't directly over where the new chip would be located. May be easier to get a new case with the right psu in than change the psu.

Thanks for the advice - The case my old 300Mhz kit is all sat in is a decent full ATX tower with a 300W PSU. I bought a new shiny case a few months ago for my main machine and the old case and trimmings were relegated to the 2nd machine.
Thanks for the suggestions - I'll make an offer of £70. Looking at what I paid for my DDR3200 RAM (yikes), the memory alone (even though slow in comparison) is prolly worth £30-40 if I was to buy it new.
Cheers

Make sure it is a revision 1.3 motherboard (last revision), as the 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 boards do not properly support Athlon XP chips at all.
Cases of them working on pre 1.3 boards without any errors are very rare from what I remember.
