Hello there,

Got a mate who is after something to enable him to view an LCD monitor inside his recording booth which is approx. 10 feet from his recording desk and PC.
He already has a cordless mouse and keyboard that work fine in the booth but at present he has to squash his face against the window to se his PC monitor.
He already has a dual head graphics card running two monitors in the studio but is after a wireless video sender as well.
Has anyone had any experience of this type of thing please?

TIA,

Roy.

Not really Chris, bit over complicated and expensive. He needs something to send the output from his existing PC's video card wirelessly to a monitor, a bit like those SKY video senders that send your sky signal to an upstairs telly.

Failing that, does anyone know the recommended maximum length for a SVGA cable before you experience signal loss?

I haven't got a splitter, can get you one if you want, but I have got 3 x 10m cables sitting on my desk if you want one.

Cheers
Andy

Hi WB,

You can have the cable for £5.00, just waiting for a cost on the splitter.

Regards,

Andy
