intel anypoint dsl modem 2240

Ive picked up an ex bt internal pci Intel anypoint dsl modem. dont have the drivers for it and currently the drivers aint available for download from Intel or BT.. Does anyone have the same modem and be able to send me a copy of the drivers. I need the windows 2000 version.
