Zone Alarm v 3.1.291 - internet connection sharing - denying internet access

Hello
Just installed a mini network in my place (house
).
Main PC is up here, with another networked to it (via crossover cable) downstairs.
I have added the downstairs PC's IP address to the trusted zone on the main PC, so i can now access files etc. But when i try and connect to the internet from downstairs Zone alarm (on the main machine) blocks the request and does not allow the main PC to connect to the internet.
If i disable Zone alarm then it all works great.
Anyone know what settings i need to add etc in Zone Alarm?

Just upgraded to version 3.7, and it's still not letting me access the internet from the computer downstairs, unless i do as i have now and disabled Zone Alarm.
Any ideas, or any other sharware firewalls which would work?
