Anyone else signed up for this service ? Basically for 14.99 a month i can have any 2 games (Xbox in my case) on loan. When I send one back they send me the next one on my list of "wants".

Sounds a bit like a games version of Dvdontap, although with the DVD's you are allowed a lot more than 2 a month (I suppose cos your only likely to use them once).
