gotta be bt i think, its definately around 24 pound a month check their web site, my modem bust which they charged me £99 for but got replacement for 65 pound in pc world, looking at their web site it says 19.95 a month but their connection rates seem a bit steep tbh, a while back they were not charging you to connect

For ADSL you will have to pay BT line rental.

The ADSL charge to the ISP is seperate.

Cheap ADSL does not mean good ADSL. If the ADSL costs less than £20 per month for a 512k service, I'd question how the ISP will stay in business for very long.

bulldog communications and supanet are doing a 1/2 meg line for less than £20 a month (exc vat) i believe.

not sure if these services are any good though ie (how many users on their BT central pipe or available bandwidth etc)

Check out here for reviews of various ISPs. I'm with Plusnet and can't fault them. I pay 22.99 a month because I wanted the static IP address package - you can have it for 18.99 a month with just a dynamic IP. They stay in business because they have a range of packages to cater for different needs!

Chris
