I want to be able to view through my web cam and microphone when i'm away from home and use another remote computer to do it, is there such a program?

 

(Free) Windows Media Encoder will sort you out. I use it to view work security cameras from home - if you use the encoder as the server you use no bandwith until you view it, offers security by only allowing chosen ip's, obviously you have to have a chosen port open on your firewall/router.
