Can anyone with more PC knowledge than me help...

I am trying to access a hotel booking site

http://www.bookings.nl

and keep getting this message

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

It lets me search the dates but when I select the hotel it comes up with the above message.

I can access the site from work and could always access it from my old PC but now I have changed to a new PC (Windows XP) I can not get on it.
I am certain it is my PC settings not the site.

Any ideas?
