Is there anyway of restricting a user from Sending e-mails, but still being able to receive e-mail (both internal & external)?

Exchange 5.5 server + Outlook 2000 sp3

On the IMS properties in Exchange Admin go to "Delivery Restrictions" and add the users who can't send outbound to the Reject box.

Chris, that'd only restrict them from sending to internet recipients. To restrict from sending to anyone set a 0Kb send limit via the Limits tab in the mailbox properties.
