as title really. doesnt matter if there is disc in or not, press close, it duely closes and 20 seconds later it opens again, it shuts on power down and opens as if by magic on startup.

I'd suggest you run a virus checker as this can be a cause of drawer opening mysteriously, Other causes are (depends on style of case deep recessed drives and doors hiding drives) front plastic cover pressing on button.
