How do I get the free "windows media player" to run om my imac osX ?
I've tried downloading three times but it still won't play. It downloads ok but just wont run. It is the player specific to the osX.

Sucking eggs and all that, but did you install it after downloading it? I received a file called 'Windows Media Installer' which needs to be run.

 

I don't mind sucking eggs if it works!!!
Yes, installer programme put it onto the hard drive but it won't run.
