Maximum Memory Expansion on Dell Axim??

Hope someone can help, this may be a daft question.
I've just taken delivery of my new Axim and it's on it's obligatory 4 hour charge. In the meantime I want to order myself some extra SD memory, the problem is that none of the documentation etc states what the max size the device can take, or indeed if there is a max size.
Does anyone have any ideas??
Not that I'd be buying from Dell, but their UK website sells a max of 128mb, whilst on the US one it is 256mb, does this mean anything, should this tell me anything.
Any help greatly appreaciated.
