convert japanese webpage to english

The only hits on a software product that I am surfing for on the web are Japanese language websites. Is there any way I can convert japanese to english using IE. I've searched the help but that only tells me how to correctly display fonts in other languages, it doesn't actually show the page in english ig u get my drift?
