Personally don't like HP machines as I have had to replace too many parts in friends machines in the past.

Failing that you haven't given an idea of a price. That would determine if it was any good. If you are paying £100 then yes £2000 then no

Dave.

As Dave says, approx how much?

Not a bad general purpose Office/Internet PC but the GF4MX Video isn't a speed demon for games. What's the planned use?

Question

The price is worked on a flex scheme basis from my salary, they take £34.92 off my gross per month, which makes the total price £838.08 less any tax savings.

It's basically going to be used for general home use, a lot of internet use, and some games use but I usually just use the PS2 for games

Cheers for the advice guys

Any more info based on the above would be great

Thumbs up

As far as CPU/RAM/DVD is concerned, great.

Grahpics will be ok for the odd game but not as good as a proper Geforce4 or Radeon (can always be replaced at a later date anyway).

HD size is good and te rest seems ok as well....
