Becareful of what media you buy. Some drives like one make but not others etc....
Try a sample pack first, I'm going to buy a couple sample packs today to see what my drives likes. I have a load, probably about 40 left of purple Bulkpaqs, they work in a Pioneer A03 but not a A05.....

Had a couple of Purple BulkPak DVD -R's from a mate and gave them a go in my Pioneer A05. Worked no problem. I used the original software that came with the writer to burn them at single speed.
