look at www.pipex.net Solo2Go

If you decide to take it further let me know, I'll send you a 'refer a friend e-mail' and if you take it up then I'll get a month free. You will too for each person you recommend after first payment.

Take a look at www.adslguide.org.uk for reviews of speed, customer service and reliability - it's quite good.

Several of my colleagues use Nildram and have good things to say about them - I'll probably be going with them when I move soon. Right now I have a business service with BT Openworld, and it's both expensive and has questionable reliability. The business help desk is good, but the regular consumer help desk is overloaded.

Thumbs up

I have a number of customers with Eclipse - first class service from them.

Automated ordering procedure works as it should, and decent tech support the one time I needed them (turned out to be a DOA SpeedTouch 510 v4 router).

I just switched to nildram ADSL from demon HH and the whole process took 7 working days.

Cant fault 'em so far - also you can have a backup 0845 dial up access.

Do Pipex leave all ports open and give you a static IP? I was thinking of going with Zen

Stick with your first choice ;-)

Other than that, like I have said before, go with what fits your requirements not what other people use.

Has anyone got any knoweledge of Internet central? They are offering a 2MB service (50:1) in my area for £44pm.

Sounds like a good deal to me, unless someone knows otherwise?

I've been happy with (dare I say it) BT Openworld.

I would avoid Tiscali like the plague tho

If you're a gamer, then you can do far worse than Nildram!

...and that's from someone on 1meg Blueyonder!

I agree with BuRR - I'm seeing sub 20ms pings on CS.
