Can anybody please help with regards to photoshop when reducing size of images to the 100k limit allowed on the uploader..
Its way over my head so if somebody has got the patience to walk me through this I would be gratefull.

A) Open file with Photoshop (right click on file).
B) Go to > image then > image size.
C) Enter width as 640 pixels - the height will be automatically calculated.
D) Go to > file then > save as.
E) Save as *file name*.jpg.
F) This will then give you jpeg options - use the slider to increase or decrease the file size in order to give you an image that is approximately 100kb or under (You can see this at the bottom of the grey box it will appear as ƒk100K/96.6s - the number on the left is the one you want under 100!).

or if you're using XP:
1. Right click the jpg filename
2. Choose "Resize Pictures"
3. Choose "Small (fits a 640x480 screen)"
3a If you do not want to keep the original (larger) picture, Click "Advanced" then select "Resize the Original Pictures"
4. Click OK
