probally come under the new incitement laws.
in the US, with the freedom of speech, all sites are allowed that are withing the framework of the law.
e.g. it's OK to have a site that discusses / talks about pedo's, but you can't actually have a pedo picture site..
Likewise, you can have a **** web-site that talks about being a ****, ideas, etc.. because it's not against the law.

So it would be ok to set up a forum inviting people's experiences good or bad of a particular company? I thought that SN, for example, could be held liable for members' libellous postings.
