What is the default password - I can't find it in my documentation.

There is no default password you set it during installation.

it is blank as a default unless you typed 1 in the installation. so log on as administrator and no password.

Unfortunately I didn't install it - it came pre-installed.

It was late & Dell support was closed for the night so I just re-installed it.
