when clicking on links in emails sent to me direction to the link can take 2 minutes minimum sometimes 10 minutes, i have windows xp if this makes any odds!

also when i turn the computer on it gets to the background in windows and no icons appear, it wont load up further unless i hit ctrl alt and delete and end 3 processes called UNWISE.exe (found this out by chance as i'm not very good on computers)

any help gratefully appreciated!

James
