And, for the easy insertion of emoticons into email and forum posts try EmotiPad
Shareware though - not completely free. Saves having to type the image tags and url of your favourite ones.. simple drag to your pad or drag to your posts!

On the same site is also a FREEWARE piece of software called Web Proxy Probe. I was annoyed at the connection speeds I was experiencing.... Speeds up your surfing by scanning and selecting - automatically, the fastest transparent proxy. Good for times when the particular proxy you have been asigned becomes congested.
