Anyone know how i could get hold of the XDK as i am starting some software development and want to do it on the Xbox.
Do i need to be in some sort of program for development ?

There are three ways to get started with Xbox game development. The primary method is to work with a licensed publisher on an approved Xbox title. Developers working on approved titles have access to development tools and support services. The other two methods are designed for "unsigned" developers who are working without a publisher.
