However, Thermaltake have just released the Xaser III - looks even better than the Xaser II I have!

Yes, I saw these somewhere recently. Not keen on the side window - why on earth anyone would want to look at that is beyond me! 
Question is - I assume you buy the whole package eg. psu, cooling fans - are they quiet ?
