Does anyone here go to the 2600 meets in Manchester.
It would be a nice coincidence if I met some of the scoobynet members at the next meet on 7th Feb.
If not, do you attend any other 2600 meets anywhere else in the country?

It's where a bunch of saddos get together and play Combat on an old Atari 2600. Or a bunch of (hopefully) white-hats that talk about security issues, or lack thereof.

For those who replied with an unproductive answer, it was a simple question that required a simple answer. It did not need to digress into a flame war.
If your intulect only goes as far as you scooby, then I pity you.
99.9% of people think that people who meet up and wheelspin cars about are just as boring. I say, if its your interest, f**k what other people say.
Its actually a meet in Manchester for security proffesionals and people interested in this kinda thing, which involves conferences and information sharing on the latest exploits in the digital world. Much the same as meeting up and talking about the latest performance bits available for the scoobys.
As this requires a great understanding of all round hacking/phreaking, maybe you should stick to your playstations and M$ windows and continue to be oblivious to things you don't understand.
