Don't get me wrong - Lee is brilliant at getting back to me at stupid hours of the day..it's just that I'm stupid and there are no instructions to set it up...thus I have to rely on his help.

Can anyone tell me how the heck I do this? as I think I have pi$$ed him off by plumbing new depths of dumbness

Cheers, Jon

Lee set up two mailing lists - one called listserver and the other called newsletter.

His set up worked but as soon as I tried to modify it so it did what I wanted it to do I screwed it all up. I have totally rogered it now and have wasted four hours when I could have been working on my .asp for the site

I would rather not bother them but they give this feature to all users but have no instructions on how to set any of it up on their website

Do you know what software they are running - maybe I could find instructions on the vendor's site or another ISP who runs the same software....
