They have just bolls up my IE6 and outlook express - they both now display .....provided by BT Openworld [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

All I did was allow BT Openworld's site to update my Outlook with new email addys via there auto update, I thought it would save me the trouble of adding the accounts.

Can I get rid of this ?

Fire-up the registry editor (regedit) and find the following key: \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main and look for a key called Window Title/ You should see the "provided by..." text. Edit that string and replace it with whatever you want, or just leave it blank.
