goto one of the pizza places on the map.have a look round the back/side for the moped(sometimes its not there,go back later)
hop on and press R3.do the delivery jobs.after level 12 you get 150 health or armour cant remember which one.

I found it just down from a safe house i bought. That was after i snipered the guy in ammunation!

150 armour is level 12 on the vigilante missions

I'm having trouble with this. I'd recommend using the pizza bar behind the Malibu nightclub. You have the benefit of some easy deliveries on the beach. I've tried a couple of runs from one of the pizza restaurants on the west island and some of the deliveries are really horrible - hidden all the way down twisting back alleys and the like.

Still can't get past about the 11th or 12th level however. Does it actually tell you when you get the prize?

Use the pizza place in little haiti(if the haitians dont hate you), it ends on level 10 when you get back to the pizza place
