Question

I am looking to sign up to a broadband provider in the next week and am after information on which is the one to be with.

Ideally I would like the ability to download movies, etc but would be happy with the ability to stay connected for more than 30 minutes at 28.8K.......

Any information or companies to be avoided apprciated. Current thoughts are

1. BT in conjunction with Sky
2. Blue yonder

Cheers

Kev

i booked ntl to fit broadband next saturday - 128k for £14.99 inc modem + £25 ins charge. i have had ntl dial up since it came out (years) and this is ok but from this month the charg went up from £5 to £10 so an extra fiver for always connected seemed better

robby,

The great thing about NTL's 128 service is that you pay for 128 yet you receive 256 as NTl cannot limited the bandwitch to just 128.

Fantastic

Um, if you mail me offlist I can probably do you £27 a month for proper ADSL 500, installed by BT and run by my company.

Anyone else wants to, they're welcome to mail me too.

Only proviso is that you have to be in the BT coverage area. And have a BT line, of course.
