getting lucent definity voicemail from outside office?

yes, are you the telcoms admin or know who that is?

The audix voicemail should have an extenstion number assigned, the number you dial when in the office to check it....

If this number is also in the DDI range (ie has a direct dial extension) then you can dial this from outside...

ie if Audix extension is 1234.. and the office numbers are 0207 333 1000 -> 1500, then there is a good chance that 0207 333 1234 will dial straight into the audix system. Bear in mind you will not be able to use the # key to indicate your extension, you will have to type it in, then #, then your password as normal.

If you dial into your extension like a customer would and press 1 you can then type in your pin code and access your voicemail.
