Insurance company is emailing and has sent the email 747 times since 1100hrs today - how do I stop it?

 

Depends on your ISP, doyou have a "control panel" where you can block e-mail from a particular address? Otherwise you could ask your ISP to block these mails on your behalf. Also, don't delete the mails, just archive them to another folder and complain bitterly!

The emails are doing my head in - especially as I did not ask for the information in the first place!

Put a rule on to send an Auto-Reply back to them...they'll soon stop.

 

Unless it's spam....then don't reply! Ever...!

 

Download a program like Mailwasher and set them on your blacklist, and then it should bounce mails from them.

Contact the RBL with all the details, and that domain will get placed on a balck list and then they're doomed!
