Hows it work then ?

Is it a serial connection (like a Sun Box) or just a telnet server (and if so does it need a seperate LAN connection/IP address).

Trying to get info out of my server muppets is hard work ;-)

Which one is it...

is it a remote insight board... or an inteligent kvm?

They have seperate mains connection, possibly monitor and lan connection... also cable linking them to main board.

Seperate LAN connection it is. No doubt the muppets would have come back in a few months to ask why there wern't enough switch ports....
