I assume headless means no monitor, or have i got it completely wrong?
work on the assumtion of the power requirements being 300 watt and the unit ( kwh ) charge for leccy @ 10p.

1 year = 8448 hours.
at 300w = 0.3kw

8448 hrs x 0.3 kw = 2534.4 kwh used.

2534.4 kwh x £ 0.1 ( 10p! ) =

about 253 quid by my reckoning.
