I'm trying to upload a photo onto a website that does customised mobile phone covers. Says that the picture I'm trying to upload is 2.65MB and it needs to be 2MB. How do I make the MB's of the picture smaller?!

Save as JPG. Or if aleady in JPG format re-size in a photo/image program (ie reduce the number of pixels / dimensions).
