Question

Got an irish friend who's currently using the free version of IOL (Ireland On Line, I assume)

They are currently getting connection speeds of 19.2kps - 22kps, which is trully appaling, esp since when I tried I got between 38 - 48.

Now, I would tell them to use plus.net, as that is what I use and it's fab, but they need a BT line, which, as one would expect is a might hard in dublin! lol

So, any decent irish ISP's with cheap rate dial-up?

Mum uses IOL which is adequate but not UK
