NTL broadband how do I check if its working?
#1
We have the NTL broadband at home through the digital set to box.
On Saturday it seemed to stop working as neither IE or Outlook seemed capable of connecting and then both programs just hung.
The light is on on the network card on the computer so I presume it is reciving a signal, and I have reset the set top box to no avail.
Trying to get through to NTL is a f*****g nighmare and haven't got through the musac after a total of 4 hours waiting.
Is there any way I can check whether it is the network carc that has stopped working or the signal from the box.
Thanks
Grant
