I have logged into the xbox uk website and get the following message,

WELCOME

Welcome to Xbox Live!
We are thrilled to have you with us in this exciting endeavour to test and launch the greatest online gaming service ever!

Does this mean i have been accepted for the second stage Beta?
I have received no e-mail as yet. what next??

You should have had an email with a telephone number to call. All the kits have now been purchased and sent out as far as I know. I've been online for a couple of weeks now.
