PS2 and PC, one display?

In order to save space, is there any way to use one display for both a playstation 2 and a PC? (not at the same time)
I know you can get graphics cards with TV outs, but how does this display on a TV, quality wise? I have seen the pcs running on the works 42" plasma screen, but how does it compare on a 26" tv?
