I'm a total novice using photoshop, so this one will be a piece off of....

I've got a photo that I want to print out on A4, I want to remove the first 3" (ish) of the photo, then increase back to full A4 so I can print it off.

Cheers,

Leigh

Increase the canvas size (image/canvas isze) to A4 which is 297x210mm then select the image itself with the marquee tool (top left on the toolbar) then you can drag it around within the A4 page or do image/resize to the exact size you want.

Cool

If you have photoshop seven theres a real easy way to do this.

Select the crop tool

then at the top you will see 2 input boxes one with width and the other height just type in the dimensions for a piece of A4 and select the resolution you want.

then just draw the area you want to crop

you now have a perfectly sized and cropped image
