Question

Sorry if this has been done to death but would you buy an Xbox to play DVD's..I mean is it any good compared with a reasonable DVD player, and (showing my ignorance here) does it play CD's as well?

Or is the PSX 2 the way to go?

I need to convince the wife

Regards CLS II

Xbox is the best DVD player, both have noisy fans inside though. Turn the volume up and job's a good'un. If you have broadband then Xbox Live is rocking my boat.
