Does anyone know if it is possible to set up an email to someone that gets sent to the recipient on a regular basis? I have to email a reminder to a user every week and I would like to set something up that does it automatically. Don't know if maybe a .bat file or something, if this facility isn’t built in.

We have Outlook XP clients and Outlook 2000 Exchange on our server.

Any ideas?

You could set up a recurring task and assign it to them ?

Assuming you have an SMTP host that's open on your network, go directly to that with a little script that's scheduled to run occasionally.

PERL would be my weapon of choice.
