is it possible to re-arange my internet favourites in to alphabetical order as i have seen this on p.c's before only they were automaticaly stored that way,however my favourites are added in the order they r added which makes them harder to find later when there is a big list.

Yup, just click and drag them into any order you want

Just highlight them,hold down the left mouse button and drag them where you want.
I dont know any other way of doing it.

Favourites -> Right-click -> Sort by name

Pete was correct, though you will have to right click on one
of your actual favourites to get the "sort" option.

sort by name option is only on W2k and XP, not previous o/s, only option is to drag n drop to desired position. What browser you using? IE / Netscape ? other ?

Sort by name is not restricted to W2K and XP. The version of IE is more relevant, I use it on W98SE with IE5.5

I would assume IE is the browser being used as AFAIR Netscape doesn't have "favourites", been a long time however.
