Lexmark Z65 printer - any good?

Has anyone here had any experience with the lexmark Z65 printer? It seems t ooffer great speed and 'dpi' for the price.

I was looking for a cheap printer a month back. Found the Lexmark cartridges really expensive compared to say the Canon or HP. In the end I got a Canon S100 from ebuyer for about £30 (!)
